What is your payment policy?

We require a 50% down payment to schedule your shoot and payment of the remaining balance on or by the day of the shoot.

 

How long is a typical on-location shoot?

A typical on-location shoot will last from 2 to 4 hours.

 

How long does editing take?

Editing is typically done within two weeks. Rush service is typically available upon request.

 

Can I request changes to the edit?

Yes. Once you have received your edited videos, you may request any wanted revisions at no additional charge. Revisions are typically complete within an additional week. Any additional requested revisions may be subject to additional charges.

 

Can I upgrade my production package after I’ve scheduled my shoot?

Yes, you can. If you would like to upgrade your production package, please contact your producer or production coordinator, and we will ensure that your videographer captures all necessary footage on the day of the shoot.

 

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to postpone your video shoot, we will reschedule per videographer availability. We work with multiple videographers, so we are typically able to accommodate most rescheduling requests.

 

How do I get started?

Contact your production coordinator, who will provide you with a link to schedule your shoot and make your down payment. Your link will include a discount which will be applied at checkout.
